Refunds policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience using convverse.ai.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Only applicable to Annual Plan.
To request a refund, please email us at sales@convverse.ai with your account details and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and, if eligible, initiate the refund.
Refunds are processed through Razorpay, and it may take up to 90 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer’s timelines.
Important Notes:
Refunds are available only for first-time purchases.
Refunds are not applicable to subscription renewals or usage beyond the initial 30-day period.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy abuse or excessive refund claims.
